Use a delicate or gentle machine cycle.
Air drying is best. If using a dryer, use the lowest heat setting.
Do not iron directly over the print. Turn the garment inside out or use a low heat setting.
If something's not right, we'll fix it - we don't offer returns for change of mind.
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.
We'll organise a replacement, repair, or refund where required.
